Room to rent in nice 3 bedroom shared apartment
There are rooms for rent in this modern 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Potsdamer Straße in Mitte. With a generous 62 m² footprint, this apartment has everything you need to move in including a kitchen with an oven and rangehood, and a bathroom with a shower over bath.
There is a supermarket and a couple of restaurants and bars along Potsdamer Straße, while the Kaufhaus des Westens department store is just over a 20-minute walk away. There are several parks within walking distance as well, including Park at Gleisdreieck and Nelly-Sachs-Park.
Room description
Bedroom 2 is a bright room with a single bed and a large window to let in plenty of natural light. Bedroom 2 also has a desk and a standalone wardrobe.
What we liked the most
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook, including plates and cutlery.
- There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout the apartment as well as neutral decor.
- Each room has a large window to let in plenty of natural light.
- The Berlin Institute of Technology is just over 20-minutes away by bus or metro.
