Kreuzberg is the perfect place to be if you enjoy being near convenience, without the hassle of the city centre.This apartment is near the Kochstraße Metro station, as well as a small number of amenities, shops and restaurants, as well as the convenience of some inner city parks for your nature fix.
Room description
Bedroom 1 is equipped with a single bed and a large standalone wardrobe for storage. It also has a desk for study, a large window which lets in plenty of natural light and a heating unit.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to Kochstraße Metro station, Besselpark and nearby amenities.
- The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, an has an oven and stove top.
- The bathroom is modern and has a bath tub and sink, as well as a large towel rail.
- There is central heating installed to keep you comfortable all throughout the year.
- The decor is minimalistic and modern throughout.

The contract starts on the selected move-in date. After the minimum stay, contracts end on the last day of a calendar month. Moving out earlier is possible, but rent remains due until month-end.
