There are rooms available for rent in this 3-bedroom apartment on Treseburger Ufer, Neukölln. There is a balcony which comes off the kitchen, with great views into the gardens. There is also central heating throughout this apartment.
Located in the Neukölln area, this property is just a short walk from a huge range of shops and restaurants, with the nearest supermarket just over a 3-minute walk away. The centre of Berlin is just over a 30-minute bus ride away. The SC Union Südost sports club is just a 5-minute walk away, offering a sports field perfect for getting out and getting some exercise.

After the minimum stay, contracts end on the last day of a calendar month. Moving out earlier is possible, but rent remains due until month-end.
