There are rooms available for rent in this newly renovated 3-bedroom apartment on Treseburger Ufer, Neukölln. The 72 m² property offers a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, and access to the balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, and there is also central heating throughout.

Located in the Neukölln area, this property is just over 30-minute from the heart of Berlin, making it ideal for someone that wants to be close to the city but be in a quiet area. There are a few shops and restaurants within a couple of minutes' walk of this property. The Venice Sporting Club Frank Reimann is 5-minutes' away and offers a wide range of activities, as well as a sauna.
