In this apartment, you will be welcomed by the incredible living room. The area looks like a lounge from a really nice hotel. There are several places within the living room where you can sit and enjoy because it is THAT spacious. The living room also leads the way to the beautiful balcony space which is furnished with two comfortable looking chairs and a wooden floor. It has great view of the neighborhood street. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. There are 2 bathrooms available. If you decide to move-in in this incredible apartment, you will be living with the landlord.
If all this was not enough, the apartment is located in a great place! The iconic Tiergarten is located 10 minutes by bus. There are several museums and art galleries close by such as the SAFN which is located 3 minutes away, by foot and Braun-Sammlung Ettel Museum located 7 minutes away, by foot. The location is perfect for students studying in Technishce Universität Berlin as it is located only 15 minutes away, by bus.

What we liked the most
- We love the incredible and spacious living room, it has everything anyone could ask for.
- The balcony is a great place to enjoy the sun and read a book or hang out with friends.
- The rooms are spacious and have door-sized windows which provide a lot of natural light.
- The location is great as it is surrounded by the river, parks and cultural hubs.
Things to keep in mind
The gym machine is NO longer in the flat.
Starting 1st July 2025, the third room will be converted into a co-working space, to be shared with the landlord. You'll have:
- your own bedroom
- a private bathroom (there are two in the flat)
- a cozy corner that makes working from home even more enjoyable
