There are rooms for rent in this apartment with 3-bedrooms and 1-bathroom, and a 71 m² footprint on Liebnizstrasse in Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf. The kitchen is compact but fully-equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm including the pots and pans, and an oven. You'll also find a shared bathroom with a shower over bath, toilet and sink.
If you've come to Berlin to study you'll be pleased to know that the Berlin Institute of Technology is within a 20-minute walk, or is easily accessible by bus. After a long week studying, you'll want to get out and spend some time outside. The Berlin Zoo is also easily accessible by bus, as is the Großer Tiergarten Park.
Room description
Bedroom 3 is a chic room with a single bed, balcony access and a window with a street view. There is also a desk so you can get some work done, a chest of drawers and standalone wardrobe.
What we liked the most
- There is a dishwasher in the kitchen so you don't need to spend too long cleaning up after dinner.
- If you have your own transport, public parking is available.
- From the kitchen you can access a small balcony so you can step outside and enjoy the evening sun while cooking dinner.
- All of the bedrooms have independent keys for added security.
- This 5th floor apartment has an elevator so you don't need to carry your things up all those stairs (phew!)
- There is public transport nearby so you can easily get around Berlin.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine in this apartment there is no dryer.
- There is central heating but no AC in this apartment.
