Room to rent in nice 3 bedroom shared apartment
This 3-bedroom property comes with an equipped kitchen, including a washing machine and oven, and the bedrooms are light and spacious with wardrobes to store your belongings. There is also a balcony for you to enjoy in sunny weather.
Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf is an elegant and sophisticated neighbourhood, popular with families but with a young student population too. You'll have a range of restaurants, bars and cafes to choose and the neighbourhood is also home to a zoo - ideal for a weekend outing.

Bedroom 2 has a single bed, desk, standalone wardrobe and a view of the street below.
What we liked the most
- The balcony is a real bonus - perfect for a breath of fresh air without leaving home.
- The bedrooms feel recently renovated and are very bright and modern.
- With a washing machine available, you won't need to go to the laundrette.
- The property is close to the opera house where you can see opera and ballet performances.
- Nearby is also a Chinese restaurant - great for a late-night meal when you don't fancy cooking.

- There is no TV in the property but if you have a laptop, you may not need one.

The key must be picked up from the landlord's office. You will receive the address once your booking is confirmed. The contract starts on the selected move-in date. After the minimum stay, contracts end on the last day of a calendar month. Moving out earlier is possible, but rent remains due until month-end.
