We think it's perfect for a someone who wants a neat, modern room. Although you'll be too busy exploring to spend much time at home!

We think it's ideal for a young person looking for a pleasant, tidy home. Want to avoid living in a house full of student slobs? Come here instead.

Bedroom 4 is equipped with a single bed and a desk for studying. We think it's ideal for a bookworm looking for a bright and cosy room of their own.
What we liked the most
- Spending an afternoon in Lietzensee Park – meditate peacefully... or knock back some beers with the boys.
- Staring appreciatively at your furniture – it's so new, so shiny, so modern. Everything your antique-loving grandma would hate.
- Strolling down Kurfürstendamm and browsing the boutiques – call it Ku'damm for short to sound like a local.

The key must be picked up from the landlord's office. You will receive the address once your booking is confirmed. The contract starts on the selected move-in date. After the minimum stay, contracts end on the last day of a calendar month. Moving out earlier is possible, but rent remains due until month-end.
