Room in a shared 4-bedroom apartment for rent in Berlin, bills included

• Registration / Anmeldung possible
• GEZ (broadcasting fee) not included, to be shared by all tenants
• Payment method: bank transfer (The deposit must be transferred to the landlord at least 2 weeks before you check-in.)
• Admin Fee: 100 Eur for rooms, 150 Eur for apartments/studios,to be paid at the beginning of your tenancy
• Check-in/out between 9 and 12 am: Monday-Friday except bank holidays

Before moving in, tenants must provide proof of a valid personal liability insurance (“Haftpflichtversicherung”). This insurance covers damages caused to the apartment or to third parties. It is highly recommended in Germany and often included with personal property insurance (“Hausratversicherung”). Without it, keys cannot be handed over."
