Fully furnished, bright room of thirteen m² on the first floor, with a wide single bed, table, chair, shelf, armchair, and wardrobe, as well as lamps, curtains, and blinds. A large hallway, a functional kitchen, a balcony, and a modern shower bathroom are available to you for shared use. All apartment-related costs are included, such as heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, etc. Two friendly male international flatmates. Both occasionally work from home and praise the apartment for that. At times you may hear the neighbours’ children running around.
Welcome if you appreciate a pleasant environment and are easy-going. Contract extension possible, subject to a rent adjustment.
