Quiet residential area. Shops and the S-Bahn are within a few minutes’ walking distance, with good connections to the city centre and also to BER airport. Fully furnished, bright room of siteen m² on the first floor, with a wide single bed, table, chair, shelf, and wardrobe, as well as lamps, curtains, and blinds. A large hallway, a functional kitchen, a balcony, and a modern shower bathroom are available to you for shared use. All apartment-related costs are included, such as heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, etc. Two friendly male international flatmates. Both occasionally work from home and praise the apartment for that. At times you may hear the neighbours’ children running around.
Welcome if you appreciate a pleasant environment and are easy-going. pics: new bed has come. Only available till mid of September.
