Spotahome's opinion
This nice apartment with 5 bedrooms has rooms to rent on Hefnersteig. It's located on the ground floor. There are two shared bathrooms, which makes life easier. Both are very modern and have shower cabinets. The hallway has an extra storage closet. But the only common space is the kitchen, which is sunny, roomy, and fully equipped. There is a table and lots of cupboard space to store food. It also includes a dishwasher and a washing machine, which is handy.
Spandau is a sprawling neighborhood that’s rich in history and is close to a lot of outdoor activities. Your new home is near Wilhelm-von-Siemens-Park and the Faule Spree lake. The Spandau Citadel is a 10-minute ride away on the U-bahn, but Siemens Technical Academy is only one stop away. Other schools are a bit farther, but you have close and good transportation connections. And there are supermarkets and restaurants just around the corner.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen has a washing machine and dishwasher.
- There are two shared bathrooms with shower cabinets.
- Buses and the U-bahn 7 Metro line are across the street.
- The Berlin Institute of Technology is a half hour away on the U-bahn.
Things to keep in mind
- Please, note that our runner wasn't able to access bedrooms 2, 3 and 4. However, the landlord says that these rooms look exactly like bedroom 1
