The Mitte adventurer

Because I want new friends and a little nature

Will I like it here?

That depends.

Are you looking for some flatmate fun near some really cool parks, in one of Berlin's most fashionable districts?

Then look no further, we've got something for you.

Really? Tell me more...

You will love the kitchen. It's fully equipped and ready for a feast. Ready to break the ice? Put on your favorite apron and win over you flatmates with a delicious homemade meal.

We think it's ideal for nature-loving professionals. Craving an outdoor adventure? You'll be only a few blocks away from the river, and the sprawling Tiergarten is within walking distance.

Your top 3 reasons to live here:

  • The kitchen is calling out for a real cook.
  • The minimalist decor. Create your own space from scratch.
  • Tiergarten is a 20-minute walk away.

But you need to know this...

  • You'll be on the 3rd floor with no elevator – a little cardio never hurt anyone.

Your Home-checker, Juan, said:

“I loved this property. It's a typical Berlin apartment in one of the nicest areas in the city. You have everything you need right at your doorstep.”

Help me make up my mind...

This is a lovely 3rd floor, 3-bedroom apartment on Potsdamer Straße, Berlin. It has a neat kitchen, minimalist decor, and it's close to the river and several parks where you can spend some quiet time in nature.

The apartment is perfect for fitness aficionados. A tennis court, a soccer field, and lots of new jogging routes – when it comes to getting your sweat on, Tiergarten offers plenty of options.
