This is a lovely 3rd floor, 3-bedroom apartment on Potsdamer Straße, Berlin. It has a neat kitchen, minimalist decor, and it's close to the river and several parks where you can spend some quiet time in nature.
The apartment is perfect for fitness aficionados. A tennis court, a soccer field, and lots of new jogging routes – when it comes to getting your sweat on, Tiergarten offers plenty of options.
What we liked the most

Cancellation policies
Before Landlord Approval - No charges will be incurred
After Landlord Approval:
- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

- Spotahome guaranteeIf the landlord cancels your booking 48 hours before your move in date, we will either A) pay for a hotel and help you find somewhere new or, B) refund your money in full.

The key must be picked up from the landlord's office. You will receive the address once your booking is confirmed.
No Check-in and Check-outs on holidays!
The landlord only accepts tenants under the age of 45.

Make a booking request
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
