What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

The apartment is a shared space, between the tenant and the landlord. The sublet space on offer, is a fully furnished unit, consisting of two rooms: 1 Guest Bedroom and 1 Guest Living Room. The Guest Bedroom is approximately 18 square meters, overlooking the side entrance to the Hebbel Theatre. The room has an original wooden floor, a Queen Size Bed, a wardrobe and a built in shelved press! Bed linen, toweling and a hair dryer is provided! The Guest Living Room, is approximately 27 square meters, overlooking the Stresemannstraße. The room has an original star parquet floor, 1 large sideboard, 1 small side board, 1 dinner table, with two chairs and 1 coffee table, with two armchairs.

This is a lovely 2nd floor, 2-bedroom apartment, on Stresemannstraße, Berlin. It boasts a cosy living room, elegant decor, and it's close to some of the trendiest hotspots in town. The apartment includes a very cozy private bedroom, as well as a lovely private living room space which is perfect for relaxing. The tenant has one private bedroom and one private living room/sitting room, exclusively for their usage, only.

This apartment is perfect for hip youngsters. Browse through flea markets or lounge your days away in cute cafes. In Kreuzberg, the sky is the limit.
