This is a 4th floor, 4-bedroom apartment on Kottbusser Damm, Berlin. It's a simple home. One that you can make your own.
It is perfect for students. Public transport can get you to Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin in under half and hour and the centre in 25 minutes. Plus, you've got a lot going on nearby. Easy!

The contract starts on the selected move-in date. After the minimum stay, contracts end on the last day of a calendar month. Moving out earlier is possible, but rent remains due until month-end.
