This is a 2nd floor, 4-bedroom apartment on Kottbusser Damm, Berlin. It's a simple home. Equipped with the essentials in a minimalist way, you can make this home yours.

It is perfect for students. Getting to Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin will only take 30 minutes on public transport and the centre 25 minutes. Plus, you've got a lot going on nearby, so you needn't leave the area anyway. Easy!
