A practical apartment with 3 bedrooms, a large balcony, modern furnishings, and lots of natural light in a quiet, residential part of the city. You will be a 15-minute walk from the Hermannstraße S-Bahn station, and you will be a short walk from the lovely riverside

Landlord policies
The contract starts on the selected move-in date. After the minimum stay, contracts end on the last day of a calendar month. Moving out earlier is possible, but rent remains due until month-end.

● If the 31st or 1st falls on a weekend, check-in is available 12:00–14:00 at no extra charge. Later arrivals require prior request.
The key must be picked up from the landlord's office. You will receive the address once your booking is confirmed.
