A sunny but simple apartment with 3 bedrooms, modern furnishings, and a nice balcony in a quiet, residential part of the city. You will be a 15-minute walk from Hermannstraße Station, and just a short walk from the lovely riverside area.
Important: the balcony can only be accessed from Bedrooms 1 and 2.
