A fully-furnished apartment in a bohemian neighbourhood and 18 minutes by public transport from Berlin's city centre. You'll find it in Pankow, an artsy district chosen by many young families with children. Pankow is the city's most populous district and it's easy to see why: you've got several parks and green spaces to roam in, and there are plenty of chic cafés and restaurants to choose from.

Important: This landlord only accepts students as tenants, aged 18-30 years old.

Cancellation policies

Before Landlord Approval - No charges will be incurred
After Landlord Approval:
  • When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
  • Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
  • When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable

    How to book

    With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
    With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
    The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
    Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
    Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
    If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
