A contemporary shared apartment with a stylish interior, and in a vibrant and diverse part of the city. It offers a beautiful, minimalist colour scheme, plus large bedrooms with lots of natural light. In this lively area, you’ll find beautiful outdoor spaces like Körnerpark, and a huge range of restaurants and bars just a few minutes away.
Important: The balcony is only accessible through bedroom 5. There is only 1 complete bathroom here, but there is also a separate toilet.

Landlord policies
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: Rooms available in January, February, and March must be booked starting from the earliest possible contract start date (you can move in anytime after that). If a booking begins 15 days or more after the first available date, the reservation may be cancelled.
Rooms available in december can be booked either from the beginning, from the 16th or even from January 1st - we are flexible!
Deposit must be paid one week after your booking has been confirmed, and in any case before the move in.

- You can pick up your keys Monday to Friday between 10 am and 3 pm. Move-in starts at 3 pm. Unfortunately, we can’t do check-ins on weekends or bank holidays — if your contract starts then, you can move in the next working day.
