Enjoy the vibrant streets of Wedding filled with cafes, restaurants and shops or have a relaxing stroll through the weekly farmer's market at Leopoldplatz on Saturday morning. With the trendy Sprengelkiez, the busy Charité Campus and the variety of parks, you will find yourself in the perfect spot with a great balance of residential and Co-living space. This popular district is very well connected and you will find yourself within easy access to public transport and only 10 min away from Mitte and city center.
The space....
Amazing! This is a new build Co-living space designed for shared apartment only. This place has everything to get you started, just bring your suitcase and enjoy! The apartment is spacious and well lit. From top to bottom, the flat is finished with attention to every detail. One of the highlights is the beautiful hardwood floor with underfloor heating, that will keep you cozy during the cold months.

Where to begin.....This place is very unique and very well connected with public transport. You will be close to central Berlin in a rise neighbourhood with restaurants and bars for the foodie in you, as well as places like the Atze Musikteather right at your finger tips for your cultural needs.
This is an all inclusive and worry free rental. The price includes all bills (the German TV tax GEZ is not included). Co -Living building with plenty of opportunities to interact with people and still have a gorgeous, spacious and private room to call home.
