With the trendy Sprengelkiez, the busy Charité Campus and the variety of parks, you will find yourself in the perfect spot with a great balance of residential and Co-living space. This popular district is very well connected and you will find yourself within easy access to public transport and only 10 min away from Mitte and city center.

Amazing! This is a new build Co-living space designed for shared apartment only. This place has everything to get you started, just bring your suitcase and enjoy! The apartment is spacious and well lit. From top to bottom, the flat is finished with attention to every detail. One of the highlights is the beautiful hardwood floor with underfloor heating, that will keep you cozy during the cold months.
