Things to keep in mind
If your contract does not start on the 1st of the month, you need to pay the remaining days of your first month (from your move-in date until the end of the month) within 3 days after moving in. The first 30-days payment will be credited to your next month’s rent, so you will not pay more than the total rent stated in your contract. Example: If your contract starts on October 11, you will pay for 21 days of October + the full month of November (part of which is already covered by Spotahome’s 30-day down payment).
