Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf is situated to the west of Berlin city-centre and is known as an upmarket neighbourhood that is popular with families but that attracts a young crowd too. You will find a range of bars and restaurants here as well as all of the amenities and some lovely parks too. There is a private balcony in bedrooms 2, 3, 4 and 5.

Landlord policies
The contract starts on the selected move-in date. After the minimum stay, contracts end on the last day of a calendar month. Moving out earlier is possible, but rent remains due until month-end.

● If the 31st or 1st falls on a weekend, check-in is available 12:00–14:00 at no extra charge. Later arrivals require prior request.
The key must be picked up from the landlord's office. You will receive the address once your booking is confirmed.
