Luxurious apartment with a rooftop terrace. It has 4 bedrooms, newly built and is a converted attic with fantastic views of Berlin. All rooms have skylight windows.
With an open planned kitchen and a connecting dining area, the apartment is a perfect place to bring people together and socialise, cook, play board games or even barbecuing on the terrace.
There is a “cosy corner area” with a natural skylight for people to enjoy some quiet time and read a book or work. It has a separate laundry area and two spacious bathrooms.

In your month of arrival, you will only be charged for the days you actually stay.

- Enrollment certificate (if you are a student)
- Working contract (if you are a professional)
- Landlord recommendation letter (Important: you need to have experience of sharing living space)

- Check-in time upon request
- Important: A prepayment of the last month along with the security deposit is paid to the landlord prior to check-in.
- No check in on weekends or bank holidays, please coordinate with the landlord!
- For all units in Germany, a membership fee of 150€ for one person, 225€ for two people (one-time payment) needs to be paid directly to the landlord prior to check in.
- Cleaning service: The shared spaces will be cleaned once every 2 weeks + a one-time purchase of linen is included in the room fee (towels, covers, pillow covers).
- Minimum age: 19 years -
Please be aware that Spotahome is an online booking platform. Upon accepting the booking, you are required to pay one month's rent, which will cover your last month's rent. Once the booking is accepted, we will send you the contract with all the necessary details.
