This charming apartment is a typical Berlin ‘’Altbau’’ (old building), dating back to the 19th and 20th Century. The Charlotte was completely modernized and refurbished in 2017.
It has five beautiful bedrooms with high ceilings and big window frames. A very spacious kitchen perfect for both cooking and socializing. There is also a chilled lounge and a separate laundry area and two spacious bathrooms.
Charlottenburg is located on West Berlin’s historic boulevard. This long boulevard is a western continuation of Straße des 17. Juni which is the direct connection between Berlin city center and the Brandenburg Gate to the western suburbs of Charlottenburg. The Charlotte is a 15-min walk to Kudamm, which can be considered as the Champs-Élysées of Berlin, lined with shops, hotels, cinemas, theaters, and restaurants.
