The cozy room in central Berlin includes a private bedroom, private living room which includes a dresser, shelf, table, two chairs, sofa and a private bathroom.
The apartment has 130 square meters on two floors. Landlord lives on the upper floor and also has a living room on the 3rd floor, which is separated by a door. The other two rooms are on the third floor, one of which is the private bedroom and the other the private living room. In addition, there is the private bathroom in the private bedroom. The guest bathroom is also on the 3rd floor.
