Single Room in a furnished Apartment

The room is very bright and has large windows. It comes furnished with a single bed, a working desk, a desk chair and a lamp, a wardrobe and bed side table, with a carpet. The room is made out for a single person.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a nice building. The apartment has its own Bathroom and nice kitchen. There is also a common space when u enter the apartment. The whole apartment has two rooms in total. The building is privileged with elevator.

The apartment is fully furnished with washing Machine, oven and Refrigerator. Everybody obviously has to be part of keeping the things and the apartment nice and clean. Cooking together and hanging out together seems to a no brainer here, if you are looking for it.

The area is extraordinarily safe. The whole building belongs to the students. This way you get to be part of an existing social group if you'd like. years as long as you are a student. Rent includes all utility costs. Registration in Berlin is no problem with the contract given by us.

IMPORTANT: Move in is only possible during weekdays between 12 and 16 o´clock. In the weekend and during public holidays no move in possible.
