If you are looking for a central location, this is a perfect match for you. The apartment is located in Uhlandstraße, Charlottenburg. Just 2 min away from Kurfürstendamm, the fanciest part of the city and the heart of the Western part of Berlin, 10 min walking distance from Zoologische Garten. There are a lot of stores, restaurants, bars, museums, and galleries in the area. You can easily reach each part of the city within 20-30 min.
The biggest supermarket in the area is right downstairs, so your grocery shopping will be very convenient and fast.
The apartment is a perfect choice for students and young professionals. The apartment itself is on the fourth floor. There is a big common area and a shared kitchen to spend and enjoy some time with your flatmates, the bedrooms are located on the upper floor (see floor plan). The property includes a balcony with access from Room 2.
There are three rooms, Room 2 provides an en suite bathroom (suitable for a couple) and access to balcony, and there is another shared bathroom for the two single-rooms (Room 1, 3). So, four people will be staying at the apartment.
Cleaning service of the common areas is provided once a month and it is already included in the price!
Please note, there is a big contraction project going on right next to the building. So it will be seen from the windows and you hear the noise during their working hours.
