In addition to your own room, you share an open living space with a spacious kitchen, a couch, and a dining table. Moreover, the kitchen is fully fitted with cooking equipment and utensils. Furthermore, you can enjoy a luxurious bathroom with a chic mirror sink. The room is located in a very beautiful and well-maintained old building in the middle of the exclusive Berlin district Prenzlauer Berg! Ideal for interns and young professionals, it takes only a few minutes by foot to the Schönhauser Allee underground station. More central is hardly possible! In addition, the district not only impresses with its central location but also with its special charm and spirit. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance.

- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment

Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

Make a booking request
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
