Designer kitchen, lounge and work zone included.Welcome package, digital guest folder, concierge service, 24/7 hotline, utilities, electricity, WiFi, satellite TV, basic service (cleaning and laundry service every 14 days) and 7% VAT included. Balcony is not visible in the pictures but definitely there!
