We offer a private studio in Motzstraße, Schöneberg, Berlin. A well-known district for its open-minded vibes. It is a very LGBTQ-friendly neighborhood! The building is located just 5 min walking distance to the subway Nollendorfplatz. The area is well connected with different areas of the city, so you can easily reach your destination within 15-20 min.
The area is surrounded by numerous stores, cafes, and restaurants. The nightlife of the district offers a great variety of places where you can eat, drink, and party. There are many museums and parks in the area. Also, you will enjoy Wednesday and Saturday markets on Winterfeldplatz with a great variety of food and handmade items.
The studio is fully furnished. You will have your private fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a shower. There is also a washing machine in the studio.
