This 39 m² studio available to rent is a modern property in a beautiful 19th-century building. With high ceilings and big windows, the apartment provides quite a bright and fresh atmosphere, overlooking a small, green park. The apartment has been carefully decorated by young designers, reflected in the colorful and unique furniture pieces. The main room comes furnished with a double bed, arm chair, dining table and flatscreen LED TV with cable that includes international channels. You also have a brand new white-lacquered kitchen that comes equipped with a dishwasher and espresso machine, plus the stylish breakfast bar with bar stools.
This stylish apartment is located in the popular neighborhood of Prenzlauerberg. Surrounded by boutiques, shops, and restaurants, this is an area that has residents who have been living here for generations as well as newcomers to Berlin. The location provides a calm atmosphere with the urban bustle just steps away. You have 3 tram stops within walking distance that provide a direct connection to Alexanderplatz in just 10 minutes.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has beautiful furniture pieces and artwork, which complement the beautiful park view.
- With access to free 100 Mb Wi-Fi, working from home or streaming your favourite movies has never been easier.
- The kitchen is equipped with excellent Limoge porcelain ware, French iconic glassware, and ceramic knifes, ideal for anybody who loves to cook.
- There is cable TV which features international channels, a luxury for if you ever feel a bit homesick.
- The apartment comes with a double bed, desk, and large standalone wardrobes.
- The bathroom is crisp and white and comes with a large bathtub.
- The washing machine can also be used as a dryer, 2-in-1!
- There is bike storage available.
