This 70 m² studio apartment is available to rent in the popular area of Mitte. For a studio, the property is quite spacious, big enough to have a separate bedroom, living room, and dining room. Its open layout adds to its coziness, in addition to its wooden floors and feature brick wall. The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, and in the living room you have a comfortable couch, arm chairs, and multiple tables. The kitchen comes fully equipped, and there is 1 bathroom with a large box shower.
This area of Mitte is popular with both tourists and young professionals. The streets are filled with unique shops, cozy coffee shops, and some great clubs. You are also just a 3-minute walk from the huge Fritz-Schloß-Park if in need of an city escape.
What we liked the most
- The studio is quite spacious and comes with a modern urban decor.
- There is a built-in wardrobe in the corridor for storage space.
- You have a high-table with bar stools, great for having breakfast.
- The kitchen comes with all modern amenities including an electric stove, oven, washing machine, and even a dishwasher!
- You are just a 5-minute walk to the Birkenstraße U-Bahn station, which is also surrounded by museums, coffee shops, and restaurants.
