This very cool studio apartment is available to rent on Thaerstraße in Freidrichshain. The studio is in a building with fantastic communal facilities, including the obvious common laundry room, and the less obvious common kitchen, bar, dining area, and barbecue! Add to that the large roof terrace and the garden, and these might be the best communal facilities in the city! The studio itself is very well equipped too, with modern, minimalist furnishings. The kitchen has both a dishwasher and an oven, and as a space saving feature, the TV folds down to become a table, which itself can be stowed away under some shelving.

You will be living in one of the trendiest areas of the city, very popular with young arty types. Near to the apartment you can find plenty of shopping and several grocery stores, along with other useful amenities. Freidrichshain is known for its nightlife, and there are several restaurants and bars in the area immediately around the apartment, with more as you go further afield.

  • This is a very well-equipped studio, with a full kitchen rather than just a kitchenette.
  • You will have a huge shower - no more bumped elbows.
  • The communal facilities are fantastic!
  • Everything you will need for day-to-day life is within a few minute's walk of the apartment, and public transport can take you quickly to find everything else.
