A charming studio apartment is available to rent in Schöneberg, Berlin. The property is modern and nicely furnished, and it has a separate bedroom and kitchen area. The bedroom has a double bed, a table with chairs, a TV, lots of storage space, and a gorgeous balcony. The bathroom has been recently renovated, and it has a beautiful shower with tile floors. The kitchen is new and has everything you might need, including a small electric stove, kitchen utensils and crockery, and a mini-fridge.
Schöneberg is a quiet, residential part of West Berlin. Well-connected by public transportation, this is an ideal neighborhood for anybody looking for affordable housing in a tranquil part of the big city.
What we liked the most
- The studio is gorgeous, and it is so well-furnished that it seems like a 5-star hotel!
- There is an S-Bahn station just minutes from the apartment.
- The kitchen and bedroom areas are separated a bit, giving you the impression that the studio is larger.
- The shower has a nice tile floor.
Things to keep in mind
- The studio is on the 2nd floor, and there is no elevator in the building.
