This studio apartment in Charlottenburg opens out onto a large balcony and is equipped with central heating. The 45 m² property offers a combined bedroom and living area with a double bed, and a fully equipped kitchen that can be closed off with curtains.

The apartment enjoys a central location on Rognitzstraße, on the western side of Berlin, close to supermarkets, shops and amenities. Beautiful Park Ruhwald is a short walk away and there are plenty of public transport options nearby to take you around the city.
