This 35 m² studio apartment available to rent in Tempelhof-Schöneberg is located on the 1st floor with a street view. The studio has a modern yet rustic decor, with elegant wood flooring and colorful furniture. The layout allows for a nice flow between the bedroom and kitchen with a high-chair dining table in the middle. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a flat-screen TV.
You will be living on Gustav-Müller Strasse in Tempelhof-Schöneberg; a popular neighborhood due to its affordable prices and central location. You are well-connected to the rest of Berlin by all methods of public transport, all within a 15-minute walk. If you enjoy nature, then you will enjoy the multiple parks that are nearby.
What we liked the most
- There are big windows that let in plenty of natural light.
- The bedroom has a standalone wardrobe and an armchair.
- The kitchen has both a fan and window, to keep the studio fresh while cooking.
- The bathroom has automatic lights, heated floors, and a large walk-in shower.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no oven in the kitchen, but it come equipped with an electric stove and basic cooking tools.
- There is no elevator, but the studio is only on the 1st floor.
