This studio apartment is available to rent on Thaerstraße in Friedrichshain. The apartment is separated into distinctive areas, with the bedroom in a nook of its own, making a cosy space. The decor is a cool and relaxing minimalist style, with plenty of to keep the uncluttered look going – you can even fold the TV down into its stand to make a coffee table!
Freidrichshain is a varied district, with trendy areas full of bars and clubs, and quiet, residential areas rubbing shoulders. This apartment is in an area somewhere in between those two extremes, with plenty of local shopping available, plus restaurants, cafes, and a few bars on the main roads, but quieter on the smaller streets. There are also several parks within just a few minute's walk.
What we liked the most
- You will have access to great communal areas, including:
- Communal laundry room with washers and dryers
- A large terrace to relax in the sun
- A communal Barbecue so you can get to know your neighbours in style
- The minimalist style is very trendy, and makes the studio feel even larger and airier.
- There are lots of amenities nearby, including local grocery stores.
- From the nearby U-Bahn you'll be able to quickly get to the centre of Berlin at Alexanderplatz.
