A cosy, 29 m² studio apartment is available to rent in Berlin's Friedrichshain area. The property is decorated with very modern and functional furniture. You will have access to great communal areas, including a shared laundry room, a large terrace, and a shared barbecue so you can get to know your neighbours in style.
This apartment is on Thaerstraße in Friedrichshain. You will be living close to several green spaces and a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants. To reach other parts of Berlin, you can walk to Frankfurter Tor U-Bahn station in 7 minutes. There are also 2 S-Bahn stations within a 15-minute walk.
What we liked the most
- This apartment is compact yet cosy.
- You have access to your own private balcony.
- The kitchen has a convenient dishwasher.
- You will have access to several communal areas including a shared terrace, a barbecue, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
- There are plenty of green spaces in the neighbourhood.
- You will be very well connected to the rest of Berlin by public transport.
