Cozy studio to rent in Lichtenberg close to Friedrichshain
This is a nice studio apartment with one bathroom for rent in Lichtenberg close to Friedrichshain. It has a simple decor that makes it a functional and comfortable space. It receives natural light from a large set of windows. The living space has a single bed, a desk, and a dining area with a TV. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all of your cooking needs, plus a microwave, refrigerator, and stove. The bathroom is large. The building's common areas include a lounge, community kitchen, and a laundry room with washers and dryers. You'll also enjoy the courtyard.
Good location with public transportation
You'll love living in Lichtenberg. Next to two major parks, Fennpfulpark and Stadtpark Lichtenberg, you'll enjoy spending your time outdoors. Plus, public transportation is easy with a tram and bus stop right around the block. There's plenty to do around the apartment, including nice restaurants like diePaula, a great lunch joint. For groceries, there's a Lidl conveniently down the street! The trendy district Friedrichshain is not far with many bars and restaurants.
