There is a modern 36 m² studio apartment available to rent in this trendy apartment building in Friedrichshain. The studio has a large and open layout, furnished with a double bed, dining table, and with an equipped kitchen corner. The studio receives plenty of natural light with big window and a balcony overlooking the interior courtyard.
Friedrichshain is a trendy, and up-and-coming neighbourhood which provides the best of both worlds. The area is peaceful and residential, but it is easy to find plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants for a night out. You won't have to go very far, however, with a bar, communal patio, and other common areas in the building.
What we liked the most
- A studio with a balcony – talk about luxury!
- The kitchen corner is small, but comes with a stove, oven, and mini refrigerator.
- There is a flat-screen TV with a mobile TV stand.
- You can have a BBQ or gathering in the building's communal courtyard and dining area.
- You can reach the city center in about 10 minutes.
