This stylish 35 m² studio apartment available to rent in located in trendy Friedrichshain. The studio has a stylish blue theme and comes with modern decor as well as a beautiful black and white rug. There is a double bed, dining table, sitting area, and fully equipped kitchen corner.
Friedrichshain is a trendy neighborhood that is both residential and lively. There are plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby – perfect for a night out. You won't have to go very far, however, with a bar, communal patio, and other common areas in the building.
What we liked the most
- The studio has a balcony overlooking the quiet street.
- The kitchen is small but modern with an oven and a dishwasher.
- There is a cozy reading corner with an armchair and coffee table.
- Want to watch TV while eating? Just move around your TV stand on wheels.
- You can have a BBQ or gathering in the building's communal courtyard and dining area.
- You can reach the city center in about 10 minutes.
