An elegant, 39 m² studio apartment with a balcony is available to rent in Berlin's Friedrichshain neighbourhood. This apartment is exceptionally spacious, with a lot of floor space, a large living area, and comfortable bedroom space with a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and has funky red cabinets.
This apartment is on Thaerstraße in Friedrichshain; a trendy, up-and-coming neighbourhood which is filled with bars, cafes and restaurants. In the building itself, you have access to a bar, a communal patio, common areas, bike parking and a communal laundry room with washing machine and dryers.
What we liked the most
- This apartment is in a trendy, modern building. You will have access to spacious communal areas, a rooftop terrace and a common laundry room.
- The interior of the apartment is very roomy - you have plenty of floor space.
- Large windows let in natural sunlight.
- As well as the communal rooftop terrace, you have your own balcony.
- There are plenty of green spaces near the apartment.
- You will be very well connected to the rest of Berlin by public transport.
