A spacious and comfortable, 36 m² studio apartment is available to rent in Berlin's Friedrichshain neighbourhood. This stylish property is very bright, thanks to its French windows and open space. The apartment is in a residential building which has plenty of communal areas including a kitchen, a common laundry room, bicycle parking and a rooftop terrace which provides spectacular views of the city.
This apartment is on Thaerstraße in Friedrichshain; a trendy, up-and-coming neighbourhood which is filled with bars, cafes and restaurants. The property is well connected by public transport, with Frankfurter Tor U-Bahn station just a 7 minute's walk away.
What we liked the most
- The interior of the apartment, spacious, modern and bright.
- As well as the communal rooftop terrace, you have your own balcony.
- There are plenty of green spaces near the apartment.
- You will be very well connected to the rest of Berlin by public transport.
- This apartment is in a fun building with large communal areas, a rooftop terrace and a common laundry room.
