It includes: a comfortable double bed with duvets/pillows/covers, a large wall unit with TV chest of drawers and TV, dining table with chairs, comfortable lounge chairs, chest of drawers. Hallway with shoe cupboard. Bathroom with tub and glass shower wall, towels and hair dryer. Open kitchen with dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge/freezer, dishes and other cooking utensils. Cleaning equipment, ironing board, iron, clothes rack, etc. Our house is in Hippen Prenzlauer Berg opposite the Kulturbrauerei, but still very quiet.
Rent includes GEZ, WIFI, cleaning, personal support, etc. Only the electricity costs are charged extra on personal consumption.
