The apartment is in a student dorm, which is very sweet! The atmosphere is very good and there are also shared living spaces for cooking and partying with other students.
The location is ideal, the apartment is right next to the Ostbahnhof and opposite the Holzmarkt. The sublease would be for at least 6 months - can of course be extended :)
