A stylish studio apartment with a double bed and all bills included is available to rent in central Prenzlauerberg, Berlin. The property, which is 37 m ², is sunny and spacious, and it has a large main room with a sofa and dining table. The kitchen has everything you might need, including an oven, a 4-burner electric stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, and lots of storage space. The bathroom is small but clean, and it has a sizable bathtub and a washing machine and dryer for you to use.
Prenzlauer Berg is a central but quiet neighborhood just to the north of the Berlin city center. Home to lots of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops, locals of Prenzlauer Berg also enjoy excellent public transportation options.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is really stylish and modern.
- There are lots of tram stops outside of the studio.
- There is a washing machine and a dryer on the property-- perfect for drying clothes during the cold winter months!
- The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you could want.
