Things to keep in mind

- Smoking ban: Strict smoking ban in the apartment and on the balcony. Smoking is only permitted in the inner courtyard.
- Cleaning:There is a mandatory cleaning incl. change of bed sheets which will take place once a week, for which you will be notified of a time frame in advance. Cleaning cannot be canceled and is a prerequisite for renting from us. Cleaning is not included in the price - costs per one cleaning are 200,00 EUR.
