A private, quiet, fully furnished studio apartment on the 3rd floor of a back building in a lovely part of Mitte.
This unit is perfect for a single person or a couple looking for space and comfort in a central location. It has a combined living/sleeping room with a double bed, a modern open kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a bath and lots of storage room.
The apartment is located on a nice residential street, around the corner from Park am Nordbahnhof, and close to shops, restaurants and other amenities. The area is also very well connected by public transport, making it easy to explore other parts of the city. It's great for students as it is well connected to public transportation through U-Bahn station Schwartzkopffstr. which is on the U6 line.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is nicely decorated and welcoming.
- The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove and dishwasher.
- There are 2 windows that let in natural light.
- The bathroom is nicely tiled and has a bathtub.
- There is plenty of storage space throughout
- Barbara the homechecker told us that she really loved this property.
- There are several museums to explore within walking distance.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen does not have a microwave, but it is otherwise well equipped.
- Pets are allowed by previous approval by the landlord only.
